This product is white or off-white crystalline powder, with a melting point of 76.0℃-79.0℃. This product is soluble in benzene, acetone, chloroform, ethyl acetate, methanol, etc., but insoluble in water. This product is odorless, low in volatility, high in color fastness and high in extraction resistance.

This product is a highly efficient asymmetric hindered phenol antioxidant that can protect materials from thermal oxidation degradation during production, processing and final use. Its outstanding features are high antioxidant efficiency, low volatility, good oxidation resistance and coloring performance, and significant synergistic effect with auxiliary antioxidants (such as thioesters or phosphites). When used in combination with light stabilizers, it can give products excellent weather resistance. 245 is very effective in styrene polymers, especially suitable for HIPS, ABS, MBS, SB and SBR latex and POM monomers and copolymers. It can also be used as a stabilizer in polyurethane, polyamide, thermoplastic polyester, PVC, etc. In addition to giving the polymer final product thermal stability, 245 has a chain termination effect during the PVC polymerization process. In addition, this product has no effect on polymer reactions. When used for high-impact polystyrene and polyvinyl chloride, it can be added to the monomer before polymerization.

It is packaged in a paper-plastic composite bag lined with a plastic bag, with a net weight of 25kg per bag. It is stored in a dry and cool environment as a general chemical, and the recommended storage time is 12 months.
